You Love Random (YLR) makes every effort to package our items to ensure a safe delivery. All postage is done through Australia Post, with the option for express postage. YLR will be happy to exchange any items damaged through postage within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

Customers returning items must be aware that they will pay all postage costs in returning the stock to us for inspection. YLR will assess the item and its faults and will decide at their discretion if the item should be refunded according to the terms below. Compact Discs (CDs), videos and Digital Versatile Discs (DVDs) will only be accepted as  return if a manufacturing fault can be proven by YLR. Clothing items can only be returned if they were incorrectly shipped or if a manufacturer's fault exists. Washed or torn items cannot be returned. We will not accept clothing returns for incorrect sizes or any other variables. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Exchange

If an item is found to be faulty, an exchange will only be made for the same item. Customers are not permitted to exchange for other items.

Refund

YLR does not provide cash refunds.
